Cancellation Policy In the event you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund minus a $299.00 rebooking fee if the cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival will not result in a refund unless we are able to re-book the property for the same scheduled period you have reserved; a $299.00 re-booking fee will be assessed prior to any refund.
Primary guests renting the property must be 50 yrs or older (one guest only). Children are allowed.NOTE for this property only, the only high season is summer (June 1 - August 31)

Electric, gas and water utilities are included up to $550 total per month, overage paid by guest.
