Description/location of property:

This amazing location in Santa Barbara offers many comforts of home. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are located downstairs, and the upstairs offers a large master suite with walk in closet, master bathroom and a lovely balcony with a peek of the ocean. The back yard is set up perfectly for Al fresco picnics, conversation areas with water feature and a cozy fire pit to enjoy the evening as you take in the "Sea Breeze". A short 4 minute walk to Shoreline Park overlooking the beach with sprawling bike and walking paths that takes you to the Harbor, the Marina, and fabulous restaurants and points of interest that the beautiful harbor area has to offer. This lovely home is centrally located and just 10 minutes from downtown where you will find art museums, theaters, incredible dining and lots of shopping! This home will bring many happy returns.
