Located just minutes away from town, but feeling worlds apart in a beautiful mountain setting. Rancho Los Gatos is located on 7 plus acres surrounded by nature, but only 1.5 miles from the 101 freeway which transports you to ample shopping and entertainment. The master bedroom is located on the upper wing of the house, with a large en-suite bath with soaking tub. Two guest bedrooms are on the lower wing of the house, with a shared bathroom, a layout very well suited to small families. A third guest room is set up as an office for remote workers with a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa that provides a private space for a working vacation or comfortable accommodations for overnight guests. The sunroom offers beautiful mountain views and is a quiet place to read or enjoy evening cocktails. A media room with full surround sound and ocean views.
