    • Santa Barbara County, Goleta, Montecito, Summerland: 12%
    • Carpinteria: One month stay or longer is tax-exempt
    • Carpinteria: 12% TOT is calculated on rental rate plus cleaning fee
    • City of Santa Barbara: 12% TOT plus $4.40/night TBID
    • Ventura: 8%
    • Oxnard: 10%
    • San Diego: 10.5% TOT 2% TMD
    • City of Carpinteria 12% TOT on rental and cleaning fees
    • City of Mammoth 13% TOT 1% TBID on rental and cleaning fees
    • TBID Assessment tax is $4.00 per night for stays of less than 30 days in Santa Barbara County only.
    • For Carpinteria and Mammoth: Stays of 30 days or more are tax exempt

  • Utility costs typically included for stays 30 days or less.
  • Monthly guests are responsible for utility charges over $550.
  • Housekeeping will be required every 2 weeks at the guestís expense.

Description/location of property:

Casa Alba is entered by a flight of stairs off of the courtyard. One enters into a spacious, fully equipped, country style kitchen/dining area that is handsomely decorated and has a large fireplace at one end. Down two steps is a long living room with pull out sofa for extra sleeping accommodations. There is a large, full bathroom at one end and there are two double bedrooms on the same level.
