    • Goleta: Stays of 30 days or less: 12% TOT plus 2% TBID due on rent and mandatory fees. 31 day stay or more is tax exempt
    • City of Santa Barbara: stays of 30 days or less have 12% TOT on rent and extra fees plus 2% TBID on rent only. Prearranged stays of 31 days or more are tax exempt.
    • Carpinteria, stays 30 days or less: 15% TOT calculated on rental rate plus cleaning fee. Stays 31 days or more: tax-exempt
    • Carpinteria, stays over 31 days: tax-exempt
    • Ventura: 8%
    • Oxnard: 10%
    • San Diego: 10.5% TOT, 2% TMD
    • Mammoth, stays 30 days or less: 15% TOT, 1% TBID on rental and all additional fees charged. Stays 31 days or more: tax-exempt

Montecito Oaks Creekside located in a neighborhood along Montecito Creek and surrounded by an abundance of sprawling and mature oak trees is just a ten-minute walk away from the restaurants, art galleries, and retail shopping of Coast Village Road in one direction and Butterfly Beach in the other. This charming ranch style three-bedroom, two and a half-bath home exudes a welcoming and family friendly aesthetic. It showcases a large beautifully landscaped backyard, an oversized living room with a brick fireplace, a private primary bedroom suite, a newly remodeled kitchen with an island and bar seating, all decorated with folk art and cottage style pine furniture, including down reading chairs, and absolutely provides an experience that rivals the nicest hotel.

With its angled, vaulted ceiling, the living room and dining area is a spacious gathering place. French doors open to an expansive backyard where you may choose to dine outside and use the barbeque where the oaks trees sparkle under café lighting. The primary suite offers the sights and sounds of the creek, a generous walk-in closet, and French doors leading out to the backyard. There is a desk area for keeping life organized, and a California king-size bed outfitted in fine linens and tasteful bedding. Freshly updated with European simplicity, the en-suite master bathroom features double sinks, an oversized vanity, a large glass door shower, pine hutch with white tile and a white tile floor. The second bedroom room offers twin beds with stylish and comfortable down comforters and a large closet equipped with a double dresser. The third bedroom features a double size bed and looks out at the roses and stone wall bordering the front yard.

Montecito has so much to offer visitors and locals alike. The location of Montecito Oaks Creekside is ideal. Walk or ride your bike to the Upper and Lower Villages, Butterfly Beach, the Coral Casino and The Rosewood Miramar Hotel. Hiking trails are in great abundance nearby, as are fine restaurants, one-of-a-kind boutiques, and coffee shops. After dinner, don’t forget to stop by Rori’s Artisanal Creamery, or enjoy a nightcap at The Honor Bar, a local’s favorite! Be sure to make time for the Friday Farmer’s Market on Coast Village Road or take the short 10-minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara. Bike, walk, jog or stroll along the boardwalk and the pier along the breakwater or the vast stretch of white sandy beaches on Cabrillo Boulevard.
