Description/location of property:

This tropical paradise is guaranteed to inspire those who are seeking a tranquil escape to beautiful Santa Barbara. Featuring ocean/ island views this tri-level townhome offers one bedroom and two full bathrooms . The large master suite with ocean views from the private balcony and from the reading area is a perfect place to curl up with a good book. This vacation home gives a feeling of being in a tree house. It is sunny and bright with showers of light pouring through during the day with large windows all-around. This property features two fireplaces-- one in the living room and one in the downstairs dining room and complentmentary firewood is always provided. The dining area has french doors opening out to the tropical gardens and water features with running stream and cascading water fall. There is an outdoor seating area with hammock surrounded by lush gardens and a soothing water fountain surrounding this little haven known as "Sea Watch."  There is a built-in BBQ and a chimera for evening relaxation and enjoyment . The living room offers down-filled sectional sofas for your added comfort, a private desk with wireless internet, and a lovely balcony located off the living room-- a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset, island views and reminisce about your day. This lovely property is located 5 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara and a 4-5 minute drive to the beach. Lots of specialty shops and restaurants are located in the Montecito village just minutes away. As you enter or leave the property you will be inspired by the water features, lush landscape and flagstone entry. A place you can indeed call a home away from home, with many happy returns.
