This newly remodeled 1 Bed/1 Bath first floor condo is located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, steps away from the shuttle stop and within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment. Charmingly renovated with new counters and cabinetry, the kitchen features new top tier KitchenAid appliances, with an additional beverage center and a wine nook. The vanity in the bath has been upgraded to a double sink with ample storage. The bedroom boasts its own vanity space with private sink as well as under counter washer and dryer.
