This lovely retreat is located in a central location in Santa Barbara. Just 5 minutes to downtown, or 5 minutes to the charming village on Coast Village Road in Montecito, where there are bouquet shops and fabulous restaurants, and a few minutes to the beach. . The location provides a lot of privacy in its park-like setting. The property includes a bridge (easement), which crosses over a small creek to a separate area with lemon and orange trees. This house is great for entertaining on the deck that has a peek a boo ocean view in a lush setting. The deck spans the length of the house and is great for entertaining and is perfect for al fresco dining.

The front entryway seating area provides a nice shady spot for warm weather. The master bedroom and bath are located on the far side of the property with the remaining two bedrooms on the opposite side. The kitchen is big enough for multiple people to cook in and is equipped with cookware and tools any chef would appreciate. Appliances include a Breville espresso maker and a MoccaMaster coffee maker as well as a Breville Joule oven/toaster/hydrater. There are three bedrooms plus a fourth bedroom that serves as a private office or reading room, great for relaxing by the fireplace, and then out the sliding door to the patio. This home is ideal for the vacationing traveler or a professional travelling for business. The ambience is very tranquil and calming, a retreat-like feeling! Come relax and stay awhile!
