Situated in one of the most temperate climate and convenient locations in Western Europe. Moving from the inside out: five-minute walk to one of the sandiest beaches in the area, ten minutes to a 500-year-old village and fortification, ten minutes to "jumping" Juan Les Pins, 20 minutes by train or car to Nice or Cannes, 30 minutes to Monaco, 40 minutes to Italy, one hour to St. Tropez, 1.5 hours to the nearest ski lifts, 15 minutes in either direction of Cann or Niece, and just 2-3 hours to Spain!

Condo

"First Residence" was built over 100 years ago. Its successive uses were, among others, a hotel and private residence. The building has housed the likes of Pablo Picasso, Hemingway, F. Scott Fitzgerald, Cole Porter and Dorothy Parker.

The unit is small by US standards, but can accommodate up to four people comfortably. The flat has a fully equipped American-style kitchen, living room with convertible sofa, and dining area, bedroom with Murphy bed, bathroom, TV, VCR, stereo, telephone, washer/dryer, dishwasher.

The property is gated and includes a swimming pool, terrace, and parking space for one car in covered garage.
