Lodging tax:

Monthly guests are responsible for utility charges over $550.
Weekly cleaning is required and will be billed to the guest at the rate of $25.00/hour.
Note: Proof of renter’s insurance will be required on properties that allow pets

Cancellation Policy In the event you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund minus a $299.00 rebooking fee if the cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival will not result in a refund unless we are able to re-book the property for the same scheduled period you have reserved; a $299.00 re-booking fee will be assessed prior to any refund.

Description/location of property:

This lovely California retreat, located in Santa Barbara, is a dream come true and is ideal for a family, family reunion or corporate retreat.

This lovely home is ideal for entertaining! There is a large living room, a family room, and a private office. It has a great room with kitchen and dining, equipped with a wine cooler. There are six flat screen TV's with all the grand programs and stations which allow for a family to all enjoy their favorite programs and games. There is also an indoor pool table that further compliments the many amenities this property has to offer.

The outdoor pool area has two tiers, one with its own Jacuzzi and ping pong table. There are beautiful mountain views and fireplace to relax alongside. The large outside pool and second Jacuzzi areas are equipped with a flat screen TV, a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and a large dining table for al fresco dining and plenty of lounge chairs and sun umbrella!

Run across the street to a lovely park where you can play soccer, baseball, or pickle ball. There is also play equipment for the kids.

This home is only 15 minutes to the sandy beaches of Santa Barbara and 10 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara where many points of interest will welcome you. There is unlimited fun and places to explore in Santa Barbara, not to mention fabulous restaurants and shopping! This spacious home creates great memories with many happy returns, come and stay a while and experience the California Dream.
