A very nice place with a reasonable price. I stayed there for three weeks; thanks to the help of the rental office.

The only downside is the isolation since there is no place to buy food within a walking distance. However, Ventura is about 14 min driving.

I am really considering going back again

I lived in Santa Barbara for a while in the past, and came back for short stays a few times over recent years. This summer was my first time renting a place through Coastal Hideaways. The place where I stayed, Cape Cod Cottage, exceeded my expectations. Everything was just excellent, and I will definitely look to rent again with Coastal Hideaways in the future.

We stayed at Terrace Vista for most of the summer. Loved the well-appointed kitchen, and enjoyed the ocean view from the porch. The website pictures accurately portrayed how nice the place was inside. Also, the Coastal Hideaway staff was helpful in answering any questions we had during our stay. Overall, a pleasant place and a pleasant experience.

Our first stay with Coastal Hideaways at The Downtown Treasure was incredible! The property is beautiful and very spacious for my family of 5. Also wonderful location within walking distance of Lower State Street and all the great shopping and food. Clean and well-appointed, it felt like a home away from home. We will most definitely be back!
