Step back in time into this tastefully remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath Classic Monterey Colonial, circa late 1920’s home. Located a stones throw from the Santa Barbara Mission and Rose Garden. Glorious vistas of the Pacific Ocean, City and Harbor are yours from most rooms. The first thing you will see as you approach the threshold is the restored original entry door, leading into the gracious foyer. To your left you step down into the generous sized Living Room with its wood burning fireplace, wood floors and voluminous trussed ceiling.

From the living Room, through either set of two French doors, you will step out onto one of the large tiled and decomposed granite entertainment patios. This larger one features a whimsical fountain, terraced rock walls and gardens with fabulous palm trees. Returning to the entry you will be enticed by the decorative tile staircase. On the first floor the second bedroom and bathroom with wonderful claw footed bathtub is located. The second floor as been reconfigured into a romantic Master Bedroom/Sitting Room suite. The lovely views from the balcony remind you why you visit Santa Barbara.

You won’t be disappointed in the redone Kitchen, which boasts all stainless steel appliances including a Viking range and Sub-Zero refrigerator. Because of the orientation of this vacation getaway location, you will experience beautiful sunsets.
