Beautiful tiled entry leads to the spacious living room with fireplace and French doors leading out to the patio and backyard where you can enjoy a BBQ with the family, or sit around the fire pit and take in the ocean air. Great open floor plan from the kitchen, with a large granite tiled center island and separate dining area and family room a great layout for entertaining. All 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. Master bedroom with balcony includes large walk in closet, Jacuzzi tub and large walk in shower. Additional 2 bedrooms upstairs are very charming and large. Loft area upstairs can be used as a sitting room or as an additional sleeping space which has a full size futon. Laundry room is conveniently located upstairs off of the loft area. Rincon Beach access is a stones throw away with several walking paths leading to the beach. Santa Barbara is located 15 minutes north of Rincon Beach. Wonderful home to enjoy in the summer or winter as the climate in Santa Barbara is quite comfortable year round.
