Mesa-area condo is nestled between beautiful beaches and downtown Santa Barbara. Centrally located just 3-5 minutes to State Street/Downtown, 3-5 minutes to Hendry’s Beach (the popular local’s beach), to Ledbetter Beach (a popular beach and surfing spot), as well as to oceanfront Shoreline Park. The property sits on a bluff surrounded by pine trees, large oaks, open space and the Honda Valley Preserve which offers some hiking just a minute’s walk away. Stand on the patio and watch birds glide across the city below, or enjoy hummingbirds feeding on purple sage in the lush front garden or on hibiscus in the back gardens. Get away from it all, as you take in the sounds of nature during the day and winds in some evenings.

There are dozens of great mountain hiking trails to explore within 10-12 minutes. And you’re only a few minutes from where you can rent a kayak and explore the Pacific or the Santa Barbara Harbor. You’ll be very close to shopping and to the countless tourist attractions available to Santa Barbara guests, yet you’ll feel more like a resident than a tourist. Enjoy an excellent organic grocery store called Lazy Acres just minutes away. You’re near cinemas, shopping, art galleries, museums, theaters, coffee shops, bars, nightclubs, farmer’s markets (Tuesday afternoons and Saturday mornings), Stearns Wharf, beautiful palm tree-lined Cabrillo Boulevard, and more.

The condo provides breathtaking views of Santa Barbara with the Santa Ynez Mountains behind the city during the day, and see the city lit up magically at night. Enjoy the sunrise over the mountains in the mornings, spend the day at the beach, relax to pink sunsets as you sip wine or BBQ on the patio in the evenings, and at night you’ll take in the sparkling city lights. The view can be seen from the living room, master bedroom, and from the outdoor patio.

Within the condo complex, there are two large heated pools, one for adults that has a hot tub and sauna, and one for families. There’s also a clubhouse next to the adult pool, complete with a pool table and kitchenette. A private parking spot is reserved for you, and additional guest parking is close by. There is a washer and dryer in the condo, and a gas grill on the patio.

The spacious 2 bedroom/1.5 bath condo contains a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, and a full bed in the second bedroom, sleeping 4 people. You’ll find it cozy and quiet upstairs, and enjoy the vaulted ceilings. The second bedroom can be used as an office if you prefer to not use it as a bedroom. The condo is very clean, and you’ll appreciate the newly tiled floors and remodeled bathrooms up and downstairs. Linens are provided, and the kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee maker.

There is a cable modem and wireless router in place for Internet access, a 46 inch flat screen LCD HD television, Blu-ray/DVD player, extended digital cable including HD channels, HBO and Showtime, plus an Xbox for your enjoyment (game rentals available at Blockbuster), and a printer/scanner. No pets or smoking allowed.

When you stay in our Santa Barbara vacation home, we provide a complimentary gardening service, and when you first arrive, you will be provided with a free beverage of your choice – red or white wine, lemonade, water or apple cider. To further aid you in enjoying your Santa Barbara vacation, we also provide free airport and train station transportation within the boundaries of Santa Barbara, as well as housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping and child care services, for a small additional fee.
