This beautiful two story vacation rental on the American Riviera in Santa Barbara is guaranteed to inspire! This is truly a special home with breathtaking vistas from every room in the house. The inspiring pathways on the grounds lead you to many private oases where you can sit and take it all in. South-facing, these quiet oases are perfect to sit and enjoy morning coffee and a good book. The gourmet kitchen and separate dining room is ideal for entertaining, one of the outside balconies located on the main floor offers a grand seating area with fire pit, BBQ and ocean/city views. The exterior Jacuzzi and calming fountains lends itself to the California lifestyle we all long for. There are two bedrooms downstairs, each with their own private bathroom, and are further enhanced with ocean/city views. The master suite is embellished with a fireplace, sitting area with balcony and Jacuzzi tub located in the master bathroom where you can soak by the fireplace and take in the incredible city lights as they sparkle in the evening. The third bedroom is located upstairs on the main level and is an open “grand room” and is adjacent to the living room. This “grand room” also has a built in office area for those that are traveling on business to Santa Barbara. This room also offers stunning views, a large patio balcony, and view of the living room fireplace to warm your soul on cool coastal evenings. This property has been referred to by a very special return guest as “heavens gates” and has given them inspiration each time they visit their home away from home.
